Meet & Assist Transit at Singapore Changi Airport
Your greeter meets you at the arrival gate with a name sign, assists at the transfer desk when required, and escorts you through the connecting journey and security checkpoint to your departure gate. Where relevant, receive guidance to and from your transit lounge or hotel. Lounge or hotel admission is not included.
Select the group for travellers aged 2 or over. Groups of 1-3 include assistance with 3 bags, groups of 4-6 with 6 bags, and groups of 7-9 with 9 bags. These allowances apply per booking. Free infants under age 2 can be entered separately, maximum three. Provide the exact passenger count and both flights, dates, local times and terminals in the connecting-flight field.
Buggy service is optional and charged separately. Please book at least 48 hours in advance and use Singapore local time (GMT+8). Services are subject to availability. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows incur the full service charge.
