VIP Standard Operating Procedure
- Greeter will meet the passenger of aircraft side upon arrival.
- The passenger will be assisted through Customs primary line entering Australia (if applicable)
- The greeter can assist with up to 1 x baggage trolley (approx. 3 large suitcases). For additional luggage assistance, porter service should be booked at extra charge.
- The passenger will be escorted through Immigration (if applicable) and out to the chauffeur/delegate or to connecting flight departure.
WHAT WE REQUIRE PRIOR TO VIP MEET
- Names and passport scans of all VIP’s travelling
- Flight number / dates of travel/ Class of Travel
- Chauffeur/meeting person’s contact details (regardless whether arrival or departure service)
