Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
The following entitle you to a refund:-
1– The wrong service was booked and confirmed by our team.
2– If we couldn’t find you at the location stated in your reservation form.
1-If you wish to cancel for any reason, we require at least 48 hours before the actual trip’s arrangements date. You will of course get a full refund.
2– If you would like to make amends to your trip’s arrangements in terms of dates or kind of service, we will be more than happy to do sort it out at no additional charges ( if it’s the same trip ).
3– If you would like to change the trip or upgrade your service, we will require at least 24 hours notice, and you will of course pay the difference to our airport reps or online if you so choose.
