Refund Policy

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

The following entitle you to a refund:-

1– The wrong service was booked and confirmed by our team.
2– If your travel plans change and you cancel the order in accordance with the cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

1-If you wish to cancel for any reason, we require at least 48 hours before the actual trip’s arrangements date. For the majority of destinations, you will then get a full refund, excluding the transaction fees.
2– If you would like to make amends to your reservation arrangements in terms of dates or timing, we will be more than happy to sort it out upon availability at no additional charges. 
3– If you would like to upgrade your service, we will require at least 24 hours notice, and upon availability we'll be happy to confirm the upgrade at extra charge.
