Meet & Assist Departure at Singapore Changi Airport
Meet your greeter at the agreed airline terminal entrance two hours before departure. Provide your driver contact details and vehicle registration in the remarks when applicable. Receive help at check-in and with baggage, then guidance towards immigration and your lounge or boarding gate. The greeter cannot accompany you through immigration and meets you afterwards. Service ends at the boarding gate.
An earlier meeting requires a separate arrangement and additional charge. Contact us before booking if you need assistance more than two hours before your flight.
Select the passenger group for travellers aged 2 or over. Groups of 1-3 include assistance with 3 bags, groups of 4-6 with 6 bags, and groups of 7-9 with 9 bags. These are allowances per booking. Free infants under age 2 can be entered separately, maximum three. Please give the exact passenger count in the remarks.
Buggy service is optional and charged separately. Additional luggage assistance and one chauffeur vehicle within Singapore city limits can also be selected below. If booking a transfer, give your full pick-up address.
Please book at least 48 hours in advance and use Singapore local time (GMT+8). Services are subject to availability. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows incur the full service charge.
