We contact the client or his driver to advise on flight status in real time and we set a meeting point at the airport. Upon arrival at the airport, the client is welcomed by our host/hostess. We take charge of the luggage from the car to the registration counter – we can also assist the client at the tax refund counter if necessary. (We suggest the placing in the same bag of all items subject to tax exemption in order to present them to the customs authorities where appropriate).
