Meet & Assist VIP Arrival at Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO)
Your agent meets you with a personalised name sign at the end of the aerobridge, or at the terminal entrance when your aircraft parks remotely. Receive guidance through arrival procedures, passport control and baggage collection, followed by an escort to your chosen exit or receiving party.
Italy has no official immigration fast-track lanes. Assistance at passport control is subject to the discretion of local officers, and delays may occur.
Optional porter assistance starts at the baggage belt and continues to the exit. Select the number of bags below. Include your preferred welcome-sign name in the remarks.
Adult rates apply from age 12. Children aged 0-11 travel free, with a maximum of six children per booking. Select the adult group and enter the number of children. Please book at least 24 hours before service and use local Rome time for your flight details.
