VIP Standard Operating Procedure
   Arrival:
- Greeter will meet the party of aircraft side upon arrival.
- The party will be assisted through Customs primary line entering Australia (if applicable)
- The greeter can assist with up to 1 x baggage trolley (approx. 3 large suitcases).
- The party will be escorted through Immigration (if applicable) and out to the chauffeur/delegate or to connecting flight departure.
- A handling report will be provided along with a tax invoice.
   Departure:
- Greeter will meet the party kerbside when they arrive at the airport
- VIP group will be assisted to the relevant check in counters and then through to the airline lounge (if applicable)
- Agent will return to the lounge at an agreed time and escort the group through to the appropriate boarding gate.
- A handling report will be provided along with a tax invoice.
WHAT WE REQUIRE PRIOR TO VIP MEET

- Names and passport scans of all VIP’s travelling
- Flight number / dates of travel/ Class of Travel
- Chauffeur/meeting person’s contact details (regardless whether arrival or departure service)
- At least 24 hours’ notification for any changes to service requirements (additional charges apply with changes within 24 hours of service)
