1. Where is the meeting point for arrival services?
Our representative will meet you at the entrance of the arrival hall, before passport control.
Please follow the signs to the arrivals area and look for our staff member holding a sign with your name.
2. Where is the meeting point for departure services?
For departure services, the standard meeting point is at the entrance of the terminal building, before you enter the departure hall.
If you prefer, we can also meet you directly at your car, provided we receive the driver’s contact details in advance so our team can coordinate the exact location and time.
3. Are children charged the same rate as adults?
Yes. The fast track service is charged per passport, so children pay the same rate as adults.
The only exception concerns lounge access for departure services:
- Infants under 2 years old enjoy free access to the lounge.
All other passengers are charged at the standard lounge rate.
4. At what time should we arrive at the airport for departure?
The fast track procedures usually take about 10 to 20 minutes.
We recommend that you:
- Arrive not earlier than 3 hours before your flight. This is normally when the check in counters open. Before that, security will not allow passengers to pass the first X-ray checkpoint.
- Arrive not later than 1 hour 45 minutes before departure, so there is enough time in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
5. How far in advance should we book the service?
We recommend booking transfers and all other services at least 1 day in advance.
Please note:
- Some services, especially those involving destinations outside Egypt, may require more time for confirmation.
- For last-minute or urgent requests, you are welcome to contact us directly. We always do our best to arrange the service even on short notice, depending on availability.
