Meet & Assist Arrival at Singapore Changi Airport
Your greeter meets you just after the aerobridge with a name sign, escorts you to immigration and assists with luggage at the baggage belt. Continue to your receiving party, driver, taxi stand or designated pick-up point. Immigration clearance uses the normal queue; there is no immigration fast-track lane.
Select the passenger group for travellers aged 2 or over. Groups of 1-3 include assistance with 3 bags, groups of 4-6 with 6 bags, and groups of 7-9 with 9 bags. These are allowances per booking. Free infants under age 2 can be entered separately, maximum three. Please give the exact passenger count in the remarks.
Buggy service is optional and charged separately. Additional luggage assistance and one chauffeur vehicle within Singapore city limits can also be selected below. If booking a transfer, give your full drop-off address.
Please book at least 48 hours in advance and use Singapore local time (GMT+8). Services are subject to availability. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows incur the full service charge.
