Transit Meet and Assist at Washington Dulles Airport

Receive personal guidance between flights at Washington Dulles. Your concierge monitors your flight and guides you to the gate for your onward journey.

For a domestic arriving flight, the greeter meets you at the arrival gate with a name sign. For an international arriving flight, the meeting takes place outside the arrivals hall after you have completed US immigration, customs and baggage collection. The greeter cannot enter the restricted international arrivals area.
