We contact the client or his driver to advise on flight status in real time and we set a meeting point at the airport

Upon arrival at the airport, the client is welcomed by our host/hostess. We take charge of the luggage from the car to the registration counter – we can also assist the client at the tax refund counter if necessary. Assistance with registration and obtainment of boarding passes. In the case that the client is delayed, we can complete the pre-registration with the airline. Escort in « Fast Track » mode through passport control, security screening and inspection. Accompaniment to the lounge corresponding to the class of travel (if applicable). At the time of boarding, the client is escorted from the lounge to the door of the plane with pre or post boarding as preferred.
