Service Description
- Greeting in front of the jet bridge or curbside
Note: If the aircraft is parked to airbridge, the greeter shall be waiting at the end of the airbridge
with name-board. In case of the aircraft is parked to open gate positions (Not airbridge), all
passenger come to terminal building by buses and the greeter shall be waiting at the entrance of
terminal building. - Fast Track Passport control

Note: Lounge is located after passport control area (for domestic flights, after second security check)
for international flights. If the passengers have time to stay in the lounge, our greeter staff inform
the passengers regarding pick up time from lounge and all passengers must be showed up at pick up
